The mill is gradually being restored to its original state. The flume, also known as the penstock, has been positioned above where the water wheel will be situated. The frame and penstock have been leveled and plumbed, possibly exceeding the precision of their state in 1930, owing to the advanced tools we have at our disposal today. It appears that the dedication to perfectionism of the millwrights, both past and present, remains unchanged.
