Flume Construction

Progress on the mill's construction continues: the supports and floor are now in place along the flume from the dam to the curve. Upcoming tasks involve finishing the supports and floor leading to the mill, installing the pipe, placing the shut-off gate at the dam, fitting the sluice gate, and securing the flume with braces and casing. The team responsible for the wheel and shaft may commence work at the mill site either this week or the next.
